Details:  We allow up to two pets per apartment, but we do have restrictions on dogs, please contact our office with questions. 

Dogs weighing less than 25 lbs. may be in 2nd floor apartments; all other dogs MUST BE in ground floor apartments or townhomes. 

*Maximum of 2 pets allowed per apartment; we allow cats and most dogs weighing no more than 75 lbs. - NO HOSTILE BREEDS or nothing mixed with a hostile breed.  Pets subject to additional deposits and monthly fees. 

*If you have additional pets; they must be approved PRIOR to move in.  Additional fees apply. 

The resident must provide the following information before or at time of move in:

1.)  Current Veterinarian Records
2.)  Proof of Renters Insurance
3.)  Picture of the pet(s)
